In the app
- At the first start, Welcome to Edivo asks you to agree to the Terms and read the Privacy notice, then Continue. Edivo keeps a record of the versions on this computer and asks again only after a change to the terms that matters.
- Buying a plan or credits after the terms changed? Before the payment page opens, Edivo shows Edivo's terms have changed. Tick the box and press Accept and continue; your purchase then continues. On the web, your account page and the checkout step ask the same.
- Settings › Privacy, in the Legal group, has What leaves your computer, Privacy notice and Terms.
- The same group names the file with the open-source licences in Edivo's install folder.

- Each document has a version label. When you sign in, we record which versions of the terms and privacy notice were in force. You can ask us for a copy of an earlier version.
- If we change the terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel your plan for free before the change applies.
- The terms are in English. If there is a translation and the two differ, the version that is better for you as a consumer applies.
- Nothing in the terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
- Our address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers: About and contact.
