- Deleting an account has a 14-day waiting period in which you can Keep my account. Then it is removed.
- What stays after you delete your account, without your name, email address or what you asked: the amounts, dates and credits of your requests, purchases and refunds; payment records; a security log; a scrambled code made from your email address (it cannot be turned back into the address) so a free trial is used once per person. That code is kept for 2 years after you delete the account.
- Your projects and media on this computer are not touched by deleting the account.
- We keep reports and statistics only on our own server. No analytics companies, advertising networks or data brokers.
- Who processes data for us, and where: the list of processors. Our server is in Germany (Hetzner).
