Sign in
- Open Settings › Account and press Sign in. Your browser opens.
- Enter your email address. Edivo emails you a code (it works for 10 minutes).
- Type the code. Edivo comes back to the front.
No password. You can also add a passkey (fingerprint, face or device PIN) on your account page and sign in with it. If the sign-in page shows Continue with Google, you can use that too.
Accounts are for people aged 16 and older. Plans and credits are for people aged 18 and older.

A session ends after 30 days without use, or 90 days at the most. Then you get a new code. When you sign in on a new computer, we email you.
Delete your account
- Open Settings › Account and press Delete account….
- Optional: Download my data first, or Withdraw first if a recent purchase can still be withdrawn.
- Confirm it is you with the code we email, and type your email address.
- Press Delete account.
The account is removed after a 14-day waiting period. Until then, sign in and choose Keep my account to change your mind.

- Deleting cancels your plan. Credits end with the account.
- Your projects and media on this computer stay, and the editor keeps working without an account.

- An account is for one person. Do not share it.
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in with an email code. Keep your email safe, and tell us straight away if someone else used your account.
