Receipts and invoices

Receipts and invoices come by email from Link, our payment partner.

Find a receipt

  1. Open Settings › Plan and credits.
  2. Under Payment and receipts, press View receipts.
  3. Or look in the email you paid with: every payment sends one.

Put your company on an invoice

  1. Open Settings › Plan and credits.
  2. Press Edit invoice details.
  3. Add your business's name, country and VAT number.

Buying for a business? Add the company and VAT number on the payment page, before you pay.

Change your payment method

  • Press Update payment method in Settings › Plan and credits, or Manage my plan on your account page.
  • The card is stored by Link and Stripe, not by Edivo, and is used for renewals.

  • Prices include VAT. The payment page shows the total before you pay.
  • Edivo keeps only what you bought, the amount, the payment's status, its reference numbers and, when a payment fails, the kind of payment method and its last four digits. We never receive your full card or bank number.
  • We keep amounts and dates of payments for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
  • Your bank or card statement shows the payment as LINK.COM* EDIVO.AI.
