Changed your mind?
Before the end date, press Keep my plan in Edivo (Settings › Plan and credits), or in the cancellation email.
The plan then continues and renews as before.

Did not ask for this? The Cancel a plan page works without signing in, so anyone who knows your email address could send it. Keep my plan in the email undoes it.
Bought in the last 14 days? The Cancel a plan page also links to Withdraw from a purchase, to get the unused part back.
We do not refund part of a period, except if you withdraw in the first 14 days, if we make a paid feature clearly worse, if we end your account without a reason on your side, or where the law requires it. See Refunds and withdrawal.
Deleting your account also cancels your plan. See Your account.
A yearly plan after its first year continues month to month; cancel any month and it ends at the end of that month.
