Two kinds of credits

Check your balance
- Open Settings › Plan and credits.
- See plan credits, bought credits and credits held for a running edit.
- Recent activity lists every change: plan credits, credits bought, AI edits, credits ended, refunds.

- New accounts can buy up to 3 credit packs in their first 7 days. You can buy more after that, or switch to a bigger plan now for more credits every month. An unfinished checkout also counts.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are only for use in Edivo.
- We give money back for credits only as described in Refunds and withdrawal.
- If an AI request fails through a fault on our side, its credits are given back.
- Deleting your account ends your credits. If you are still inside the 14-day withdrawal period, withdraw first to get the unused part back.
- Bought credits you used while a payment was later reversed by your bank are taken back; see Payment problems.
