Buy a plan or credits

Nothing is charged until you confirm on the payment page.

Choose a plan

  1. Open Settings › Plan and credits.
  2. Press Choose a plan (or See plans).
  3. Pick Monthly or Yearly.
  4. Press Continue with the plan.
  5. Read Before you pay and tick the box, if Edivo shows it. See below.
  6. Press Continue to payment. A secure page opens in your browser.
  7. Pay. Your plan and credits show in Edivo when the payment goes through.

Buy extra credits

  1. Open Settings › Plan and credits and press Buy credits.
  2. Pick a pack under Credit packs.
  3. Press Buy, then pay in your browser.

Extra credits are for people with a plan. A new account can buy up to 3 credit packs in its first 7 days; an unfinished checkout also counts. Plans have no such limit.

The box before you pay

Start now: I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal for credits I use.

  • Edivo asks it wherever the 14-day right may apply: the EU, the EEA and the UK, or when we don't know your country yet. It also asks before a change to another plan.
  • Ticking it makes your credits usable straight away.
  • Within 14 days you can still withdraw. You pay for the credits you used and get the rest back. See Refunds and withdrawal.
  • No tick, no payment page. For a new plan or credits, the purchase email confirms your choice.

Our terms changed since you last accepted them? Before the payment page opens, Edivo shows Edivo's terms have changed. Tick the box and press Accept and continue; your purchase then continues.

5 more details
  • Payments are collected by our payment partner, Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company ("Link"), on a checkout page in your browser. Link is the merchant of record: it charges you, collects the VAT or sales tax, and sends receipts and invoices in its own name. Link's terms for the payment (link.com/terms) apply too; they don't take away your rights against us.
  • We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • A request waiting for credits starts by itself once you have paid. After 24 hours it asks first.
  • You can also manage your plan on the web: choose Manage my plan on your account page.
