What we do

What you can do
- Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read your email can sign in with a code.
- Add a passkey on your account page (Settings › Account › Account page).
- Check Signed-in devices, and use Sign out everywhere… if in doubt.
- Download Edivo only from edivo.ai, through its own update function, or from the Microsoft Store.
Found a security problem?
Email security@edivo.ai (or hello@edivo.ai: both reach us) before you tell anyone else. Give us reasonable time to fix it, and do not access or change other people's data. We take no action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

- Do not share your account. It is for one person.
- A model that downloads is checked against a fixed fingerprint before it is used.
- An update downloads only after you agree.
- The sign-in pages run almost no script and use only cookies that are strictly necessary. The edivo.ai website sets no cookies.
- Never type your password for another service into Edivo. Edivo has no password to ask you for.
