Make my video (the AI makes a first version)
- On the Start screen, under Describe the video you want, type what you want, for example "a 30 s TikTok with captions".
- Press + (Ctrl+O) to add your videos, photos, music or voice recordings. A script or notes file (.txt, .md, .srt, .vtt) goes to the AI as a note. See File purposes and notes.
- Pick a shape: Automatic, Vertical 9:16, Wide 16:9 or Square 1:1.
- Pick an effort: Quick, Balanced or Thorough.
- Press Make my video. The line under the box shows about how many credits it uses.
- Not signed in? Your browser opens to sign in with a code. Your request starts by itself once you're signed in.
- The editor opens on the chat, which shows each step. Undo it or change anything by hand.
New accounts get a free 14-day trial of the AI, with no card, in some countries: Try the AI free on the Start screen. See Try the AI free.
Edit it myself

- No clips at hand? Try the sample project.
- Out of credits? Edit it myself still works, and your description is kept in the project.
- If your words ask for stock footage or AI-made pictures, voices or music, Edivo asks once per project before it uses them. With Edit it myself, your words are kept as a chat draft for later.
