Start it

  1. On the Start screen, describe your video, add your files and press Make my video. Or ask for a change in the chat.
  2. Not signed in? Your browser opens (in the chat, press Sign in to send it first). Enter your email address and the code we email you.
  3. Back in Edivo, the request starts by itself: Trial started. with your credits and the last day.

While it runs

  • Settings › Plan and credits shows your Trial credits and the day the trial ends.
  • Low on credits? A note under the chat says how many are left.
  • One edit can use up to all 150 credits. See Credits and what you spend.
  • Want more? Choose a plan any time. Trial credits you still have keep working until the trial's last day.

When it ends

  • After 14 days, or once the credits are used, AI edits pause until you choose a plan. A request that needs more credits is kept and starts by itself once you have paid.
  • Trial credits you didn't use end with the trial. Nothing renews.
  • Your projects, editing and export stay free, with no watermark.
  • We email you about three days before the trial ends.

  • A trial is for an account without a plan, once per person, also across several accounts.
  • Countries: the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Korea. The country of your network and the region set in Windows must both be one of them.
  • A network can start a few trials a month; after that, new accounts on it get none for a while.
  • Making several accounts for more trials is not allowed. See Content rules.
