- To report content or behaviour that you think is illegal or breaks the rules: use the misuse report form, no account needed, or email hello@edivo.ai with what it is, where you found it, why you think so, and your name and email address. This is also our contact point for authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write in English or Dutch. We confirm receipt, decide carefully and tell you what we decided.
- Found a security problem? Tell us at security@edivo.ai before anyone else. See Security basics.
- Privacy requests (access, delete, correct): hello@edivo.ai. We answer privacy requests within one month, as the law requires.
- Emails to us reach our mailbox at Google (Gmail). We keep them for 12 months after we have finished helping you.
