Pick one
- Click a colour field: a small swatch with its code, like #FF8800.
- Choose the colour:
| Part | Does |
|---|---|
| Square | Saturation and brightness |
| Hue strip | The colour itself |
| Opacity strip | How see-through it is. Only where the colour can be see-through |
| Hex code | Type or paste 3, 6 or 8 digits, like FF8800. The # is optional |
| Eyedropper | Pick a colour from the screen. Esc cancels |
| Recent, In this project, Presets | Swatches to use again |
- The change shows at once. Click outside the picker, or press Esc, to keep it.
Undo
- One pick is one Undo step (Ctrl+Z), however much you moved.
- Esc keeps the colour you picked. Ctrl+Z takes it back.
- Closed it without changing anything? Nothing is saved.
